To cancel an order simply send us a message on WhatsApp or when the driver calls you, let him
know that you wish to cancel. There are no cancellation charges however repeated cancellations
will result in removal of cash on delivery service and you will be required to pay by card first.
We have 2 ways to order:
1. Our website - our largest selection of products with same day delivery
2. Whatsapp - Our express catalog for urgent deliveries and those who wish to
discuss items with our team.
Either way your order will be sent out discreetly and safely.
We offer Apple & Google Pay, Debit/Credit Card and Crypto (over 200 coins)
for prepaid orders and for on delivery we have Cash. Please note we do not
offer card on delivery, if you wish to use a method other than cash you need to
contact us to make payment once you have placed your order. Failure to follow
this can cause large delays on your order.
Yes the process of ordering with us is discreet, payments made via card or apple
and google pay are to a generic company name which is 100% discreet. Our
delivery team will never discuss items with you and are not aware of specific
contents of packages.
We pack all items in mailing bags or plain boxes, item names or brands are not
written or displayed on any of the items and if a item is quite obviously a giant
penis shaped object we will box or wrap it to disguise this to avoid any chance
of embarrassment. We are diligent in our processes and discreet delivery is
100% followed. Your order looks like an Amazon or Noon delivery if you
wanted a comparison.
Yes we can, order from our express catalog on WhatsApp, if you want it really
really fast then be prepared to pay extra for this.
We removed this option due to abuse from customers who order and dont pay.
